AGREEMENT TO MY LEGAL TERMS

I am Anime Resto ('I', 'me', or 'my'). Anime Resto, LLC is registered in the United States at 1111b South Governors Avenue, STE 20461, Dover, DE 19904 US. However operations are managed from the Philippines at 3773 St. Ignatius St. Phase 7, Rocka Village 2, Tabang, 2nd District, Plaridel, Bulacan.

I operate the website https://animeresto.com (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

I provide online learning resources for technical artists, procedural artists, three-dimensional artists, digital artists, stylized artists, anime artists, and non-photorealistic artists. The resources take the form of digital courses-on-demand.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Anime Resto. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Legal Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anime Resto, you accept and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Legal Terms, you may not use the services provided on the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

I will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by email. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

3. Description of Services

Anime Resto offers video courses about teaching anime-style in 3D using Blender software. Services include access to video content, tutorials, and other educational materials related to 3D animation.

Note: If you have enrolled in the "The Ultimate 3D Anime-Style Bundle", which is a one-time purchase for lifetime access you will have perpetual access to all current and future courses offered by Anime Resto as stated in the description. You will get notified by e-mail if there is a newly added course or project file.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on https://animeresto.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Anime Resto's website;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Anime Resto at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

6. Payments and Refunds

Access to certain content and features on the Site may require payment. All payments must be made through the designated payment methods. I will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to fees. Refunds may be issued at my discretion and in accordance with the Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Anime Resto and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.
  4. Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Site's functionality.

9. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Legal Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The materials on the Anime Resto's website are provided 'as is'. Anime Resto makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Anime Resto does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

11. Limitations

In no event shall Anime Resto be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Anime Resto's website, even if Anime Resto or an authorized of Anime Resto has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Anime Resto's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Anime does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Anime Resto may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Anime Resto does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

13. Links

Anime Resto has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Anime Resto of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

14. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Anime Resto's website shall be governed by the laws of my home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
